Manta Ray Bay Hotel Yap

We were from 11.08 to 18.08 at the Manta Ray Bay resort and had unforgettable days there In total we made 12 dives with wonderful encounters. Highlights were, of course, the manta rays in the Goofnuw Channel and many white tip reef sharks in the Shark City

It was great on Yap and MRB made a big part of that!

However: one little thing is to be mentioned: We had the Queen Angel Fish Room with the rooftop Jaccuzzi.
BUT: The water was not cleaned before we came in the room and was not cleaned throughout the week. I think it even „flipped“ to be bad during our stay, so we could not use the Jaccuzzi anymore on the last two days of our stay. That was the only negative thing, I could see.
Staff however (reception, maids, bar, restaurant, guides, diveschool etc) ...

Wir können das MRBR nur bestens empfehlen für jedermann oder -frau. Dieses Resort ist so herzlich vom Personal und auch der Chef Bill Acker ist eine sehr liebenswerte Person, der all Eure wünsche nicht offen lässt sonder umsetzt. Das Hotel ist kein Bunker und sehr familiär. Wir haben auf jeden Fall unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen und können es mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Aus unserer Sicht ist auch ein 2ter, 3ter und noch mehr Aufenthalte möglich, denn weg wollten wir eigentlich nicht mehr.
Aber auch das Tauchen möchten wir noch mal hervorheben und ganz besonders Vertigo und Stammtisch. ...
