Following its extensive redesign in 2025, the “Alia Soul” is the new pride and joy of Orca Dive Clubs. After undergoing extensive renovations, the elegant safari ship set sail on its maiden voyage in May 2025 and has been delighting divers eager to explore the Red Sea ever since.

The ship offers a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for relaxed tours and challenging wreck safaris or exciting marine park safaris. On board, spacious communal areas ensure a feel-good atmosphere: a spacious salon with a modern entertainment system, a spacious sun deck and a shaded deck with comfortable loungers are available to guests. The bar and outdoor lounge also invite you to relax.

The accommodation capacity is up to 20 guests, who are accommodated in ten stylishly furnished cabins, each measuring approximately 10 square meters. Six cabins on the lower deck are equipped with single beds, while on the upper deck, two cabins with single beds and two with queen-size double beds await guests. All cabins have their own bathroom, individually adjustable air conditioning, ample storage space, and high-quality bed linen, towels, and bathrobes. Safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and life jackets are a matter of course.

Safety is the top priority

Safety is the top priority on the Alia Soul. The ship is equipped with extensive safety equipment, including a defibrillator, ENOS systems, fire alarm systems in all cabins, and a modern communication infrastructure with satellite telephone and radio equipment. There is even a separate treatment room for medical emergencies. 220V sockets to European standards are available throughout the ship, further enhancing comfort.

The galley offers fresh international and Egyptian dishes in buffet form every day, and special dietary requirements are gladly catered for. The offer is complemented by an afternoon snack. Soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee are included, while beer and local wines are available at an additional cost.

The diving operation is designed for ambitious divers. Three to four dives per day are usually offered, although night dives are not permitted in marine parks in order to protect nature. Certified divers can use Nitrox 32% free of charge. For additional safety, all divers are equipped with personal ENOS systems. SSI courses such as Advanced Adventure, Nitrox, Deep Diving, and Wreck Diving are also offered on board.

The Alia Soul's routes take you to Egypt's best dive sites: from the North Tour with famous wrecks such as the SS Thistlegorm, to the Brothers Islands with spectacular steep walls and big fish sightings, to Daedalus Reef with its impressive hammerhead shark schools. Elphinstone Reef is also famous for encounters with oceanic whitetip sharks. Southern routes lead to pristine reefs at Fury Shoals, St. John's, Zabargad, and Rocky Island. The Alia Soul also offers marine park safaris for discerning divers.

Depending on the route, the tours start and end in either Safaga/Soma Bay or Port Ghalib. The Alia Soul offers an excellent combination of comfort, safety, and varied diving experiences in the Red Sea.
