Hi everyone!

Excuse me for writing in English, but my German is so worthless that I don`t have any choice...

My wife, my son (10 months) and I went to Tenerife in november of this year. Last year, we also went to Tenerife and I did some dives at another base. The former employer of Guido and Sophie, actualy! I enjoyed the dives very much because of the things I saw and because of the relaxed way of diving of both Guido and Sophie.

No wonder that this year we wanted to dive with them again. My wife Petra could also dive again, so why not dive with one of the routined divers of Tenerife? We found Guido in the town of Playa San Juan. Actualy, we first saw him when he surfaced in the harbour of Playa San Juan!

It was like coming home! Stangely enough also for Petra, who didn`t dive with Guido before because she was pregnant in 2001.

Guido knows his way around and has his own special way of making every dive unforgetable. Safety is very important to Guido (and it should be!) so checkdive and buddychecks are standard. If the weather it not good enough, he takes the divers to a safer site on the island. His material is brandnew. On Tenerife a lot of accidents have happened due to commercial divers who don`t pay enough attention to safety.

Guido has about 5000 (!) dives and knows how to (not) handle the underwaterlife. He doesn`t feed the animals. In the past, animals (every a turttle!) were fed to death by divers who wanted to attract them to show them off to their clients.

What did we see? Murrays, groupers, barracudas, octopus, cuttle fish, lots of rays, snails, lots of fish and anamones. And even a seahorse!

Whe will surely return to Tenerife some day and when we do, we surely dive with Guido`s Bubble Club again!!
