Nachdem mehrere Anfragen bzgl. einer totgestellten Air-Aqua Gesellschaft bei uns eintrudelten, hier eine Stellungnahme von Klaus Wacker (Geschäftsführer):

To whom it may concern

On this day, the 20.12.2000 I, Klaus Wacker, Managing Director and Owner of Air Aqua Reisen GbmH of Essen / Germany have to declare the following:

- Due to Non-Liquidity, all further operations of Air Aqua Reisen will be stopped. The declaration of bankruptcy is being filed!

- All pending matters will have to be forwarded to the "Amstgericht Essen"

I will also keep you informed therefore in the next few days.
