Shamar Divers Maamigili

We were very lucky to have stayed at Shamar Guesthouse and Dive. Our stay was very comfortable. The manager Shamoon who run the place, took good care of our needs and make us feel at home. He always have our interest in mind and try very hard to make our stay an enjoyable. We came to Maamigili to see the whale shark, and Shamoon is the right person to help us find one. Being born in the island and spend a lot of time in this area, he is very knowledgeable of the big pelagic fish. We saw two whale sharks on the outer reef of Maamigili.
Shamoon is also a qualified PADI instructor. We have the nice room facing the ocean with a balcony. Rasheed, who works at the guesthouse always there to attend to our needs. He is almost like our personal butler.
