On January 9th I did two dives off of Playa del Carmen with Divemaster Marcel Taubert. The first dive was at Shark Point. We went down to 25 meters and saw 5 bull sharks and a sting ray. The weather was overcast due to the worst storm in 20 years, but the dive was fantastic. Marcel was a very safe and dependable divemaster. Although my mother is 69 years old, he had no problem making us both feel very much in charge of the situation. We had literally the best dive of a lifetime. I tell my friends every day about this dive. We saw 5 sharks and we weren´t afraid of them and they weren´t afraid of us. I have wonderful photos of this experience which I am proud to show every one I know. The second dive was at Chunzobol and we saw lobster, a morey eel, yellow snapper fish and beautiful corals. I highly recommend DiveTex and Marcel Taubert.
