NEVER AGAIN!

It was the third time I booked Sharm-El-Sheiks with ETI.
Two times it was all OK.
Third time (November 2015) I invited two friends to come with me for diving.
They drove 1200 km from Belgrade to Augsburg. It looks like perfect hollidays.
We were checked in at 08.50 a.m., pass and security controll done - on Stuttgart airport and boarding gate.
Then, information came, that flight is DELAYED and we have to wait 2 or more hours.
After two hours we were told to go again in the airport hall to find a counter of Sun Express- flight company and to have furter information. So, imagine 80-90 people cruising in the airport and asking about Sun Express - but there is no counter... until a passenger called and got information that the plane is Kaputt and new one is comming at 19.30 p.m to take us to Sharm.
We got a 15€ vouchers for food and drinks. It was about 16.00 when I received a phone call from ETI - to inform me and my friends that flight is cancelled. We were offered only one option - to go to Hurgada, next day, at 06.00 a.m. but from Munich airport (250 km away). We didn´t know the hotel, but we accepted, went to take a car from a parking place (lost 32 € for garage) and drove to Munich. While checking in, we were told that we are flying frist to Zürich and then to Hurgada. A passenger told us, "Do you know you are staying only 6 instead of 7 days and we are comming back with other air company who has only 15 kg of free luggage allowed?"- because we had 20 kg now, each of us. Comming to hotel, we discover it is children and senior friendly hotel with 500 m shallow sandy beach (no reef) and we were offeret a king size bed with one cover for three of us - one male and two females - no lovers, couples or gay - only friends! And also we paid VISA 25 € instead of 25 $, just beacause we are ETI travellers. Punishment?
We were trying to find out what about excessive luggage for the flight back, but ETI personal in Hotel was not helpfull at all. Finally, I contacted my travel agency in Germany, asking desperately for help. They told me first we are going back with TUI, then, not with TUI but with GERMANIA. Then, not with GERMANIA but with CONDOR. So instead of enjoying diving in red Sea, I spent my hollidays in the hotel lobby asking for information.
When I came home, I wrote a reklamation letter to ETI, for all unconveniences, and specialy because we booked 7 days and got 6!
my reklamation is rejected, saying that the hollidays are cancelled for HIGHER REASONS, and we were offered coupons 50 € for our next hollidays with ETI! Like I will ever agian travel with them!
I went to my lawyer, he wrote them a letter, but got the same rejection. I very understand that a hollidays in Sharm-El-Sheikh is cancelled for higher reasons, but are we stolen one day of our hollidays, sent to hotel of lower category for same higher resons?
Plus extra day we spend waiting on the airport for information- I bet they knew it before - 32 € lost for airport garage, 50 € fuel Stuttgart-Munich, 3 x 25 € for egyptian visa and all the stress we had not knowing when and with which air company we are flying back??????
