Invitation to participate in the club initiative 2024
The German Association of Recreational Divers (VDST) has a wide range of creative and innovative projects that have been developed in the clubs and reflect the active work of the clubs. These initiatives show the diversity and strength of the association, which is now to be made visible as part of the 2024 club initiative.
The 2024 club initiative offers the opportunity to focus on outstanding projects and ideas that have been successfully implemented in VDST clubs. These projects, whether lighthouse projects, best practice examples or innovative approaches, are sought to honor the active work of the clubs and to serve as inspiration for other clubs.
Ten selected projects will be presented at the VDST members' meeting on November 23, 2024, which will take place in this anniversary year. The selected clubs will have the opportunity to present their initiative to those present and answer questions.
The club initiative will be accompanied by publications in the association magazine VDSTsporttaucher, both before and after the general meeting. This ensures that the projects receive the attention they deserve and can be emulated by as many other clubs as possible.
For the presentation on site, the VDST will create a roll-up for each of the ten selected projects in cooperation with the winning clubs. In addition, the VDST will invite up to two people from each club to the meeting and evening event to answer questions about the project.
With this initiative, the VDST is highlighting the diversity and strength of its clubs and wants to support them even more in their work.
