Save a species from extinction!
The vaquita (Phocoena sinus), the world’s smallest porpoise, is critically endangered and facing extinction. Currently, its population consists of only about 8 to 10 animals living in the northern part of the Gulf of California in Mexico. YAQU PACHA has been working with its partners for many years to save this unique species.
An online vote for endangered species is currently underway. The species with the most votes will receive a prize of $10,000.
With your vote, you’ll help YAQU PACHA and its vaquita project partners win this vital funding—money that can go directly toward the protection and rescue of the vaquita.
Every vote counts and can make all the difference.
Vote now – help save the vaquita!
