Here’s some news that Nitrox divers will be delighted to hear.At boot 2020 they can explorea host of new products, including the next-generation PROFI LINE and the cutting-edge B-NITROX Membrane System, at the BAUER KOMPRESSOREN stand at its new location in Hall 12, Stand A68.
Already making its debut at the end of 2019, the PE-VE-OX Series is an attractively priced range of nitrox compression systems that complement the existing premium range.These OX-optimized compressor systems offer charging rates of 320– 700 l/min. They are designed for use with the new B-NITROX Membrane systems and are certified by leading technical testing and certification company TÜV SÜD for compression of nitrox mixtures with up to 40 % oxygen.Processes for treating oxygen-enriched breathing air must obey uncompromising safety standards. These are reflected in BAUER’s rigorous B-NITROX system design,based exclusively on four-stage compressor blocks and components optimized for oxygen processingas well as temperature monitoring of the gas flow at each stage and at the oil/water separator. As a BAUER world premiere at boot, the new B-MEMBRANE system enables nitrox mixtures with up to 40 per cent oxygen to be produced, them compressed with BAUER OX compressors.This all-new design combines screw compressor, filter and membrane system in a single unit, resulting in a footprint that is a fraction of its predecessor.As well as this outstandingly compact design, the B-MEMBRANE is an extremely attractively priced system for producing nitrox mixtures to BAUER’s exacting quality standards.Prices starting from 20.540 € excl. The absolute eye-catcher at the BAUER stand is the new PROFILINE, likewise making its debut at boot.The fan protector is an all-new patent-pending development that offers iconic design, and so much more; it also expands the range of potential uses for the system in challenging high-temperature locations. Cooling efficiency has been improved by up to 25% by optimizing the cooling air flow.
A further highlight is the B-DRAIN automatic condensate drain system. Already thoroughly proven in the stationary VERTICUS Series, it is now part of PROFI LINE.The system minimizes loss of pressure during condensate drainage, which significantly prolongs the service life of pressurized parts.It is also ultra-quiet and efficient – an additional benefit that will be welcomed by filling staff.
