"Watersports Total" is the motto of the Austrian BoatShow - BOOT TULLN. Captivating presentations on the most fantastic diving destinations and new product presentations on the Diver Promotion Stage round off the extensive specialist programme.
Tattooing at boot Tulln - Viennese tattoo artist at diving trade fair
The Taucher.Net team has come up with something very special for boot-Tulln 2024. At the center of the large Taucher.Net stand (Hall 8, No. 828) at the water sports fair in Tulln, there will be an opportunity to get a tattoo. Veronika Kleedorfer, a well-known tattoo artist from Vienna, will be engraving customers' desired motifs. This offer was presented for the first time back in January at boot in Düsseldorf and proved extremely popular.
Veronika (53 years old) has been engraving for over 30 years and has continued to develop during her career through stays abroad (including Germany, Liechtenstein and Canada). Her passion and enthusiasm for her profession is immediately apparent in conversation. Veronika is a passionate tattoo artist and offers a wide range of styles. Her range includes, among others: Fineline, Ornamental, Tribal, Maori, Blackwork, Dotwork, Black and Grey Realism, Comic, Color, Portrait work in Black&Grey, Animal portraits also in color.
Veronika introduces herself: "I have been working in this profession since 1992 and started out in the classic way with a machine I built myself. Later, I regularly borrowed a spooling machine from a friend until I had my own equipment bit by bit. I started tattooing officially in a nail studio in 1998 and have continued to develop my styles over the years. I have been successfully self-employed as a tattoo artist for 30 years and couldn't imagine anything better".
The tattoo area will be in the central area of the Taucher.Net stand in hall 8, stand 828 (in the lounge of the stand). You can of course just drop by, but it's better to book an appointment in advance at +43 676 3709483 (WhatsApp)!

Diving holidays to the most beautiful places in the world
Diverland Maldives
Since 1986, the first Diverland dive centre has been taking its guests on breathtaking underwater adventures off the barefoot island of Embudu with its fantastic house reef on the northern edge of the South Malé Atoll in the Maldives. There are now two more Diverland diving schools in the Indian Ocean: Diverland Summer Island in the centre of the North Male Atoll and Diverland Gan in the southernmost atoll of the island state behind the equator.
The Maltese islands - an underwater paradise
Malta, Gozo and Comino are ideal for a successful diving holiday. Located in the heart of the Mediterranean, the rocky coastline is surrounded by crystal-clear waters. Visibility is excellent and Malta is one of the most popular scuba diving destinations in the Mediterranean. From fascinating landscapes to ship and aircraft wrecks, cliffs, extraordinary flora and fauna, reefs, caves, swim throughs and grottos, everything is on offer.
fish & trips
The fish & trips travel team has been planning dream holidays for over 20 years. Top partners from top destinations are also involved: At the fish & trips stand, trade fair visitors can talk to representatives of the Austrian resort Kusu in Halmahera Indonesia or the Temple Point Resort Kenya in person. Here you can book your next diving safari - from the Red Sea via Palau to the Caribbean or Indonesia. Other highlights are the Maldives, Philippines or a diving safari with the M/Y Gypsy.
Shamar Guesthouse and Dive in the Indian Ocean
Our guesthouse "Shamar" with the Shamar Divers is the only PADI-certified diving centre on the whale shark island of Maamigili and is located directly on the Indian Ocean. You stay away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by green gardens with a unique view of the ocean. Here you can experience unforgettable dives and excursions to the most breathtaking diving spots in the South Ari Atoll. Here you can dive together with the whale shark after just a 10-minute boat trip. But all other dives also make divers' hearts beat faster.

Temple Point Resort
Temple Point Resort is located in tranquil Watamu on the north coast of Kenya. For more than 30 years, Watamu has been a marine national park where divers can enjoy the warm Indian Ocean. The highlight of any trip to Kenya is, of course, the safari. Tsavo East, Kenya's largest national park, is just a two-hour drive away. Tsavo East is famous for its red elephants, but it is also home to buffalo, zebras, giraffes and lions.
Maldives as a year-round destination
There are many booking agencies for the Maldives, but few insiders who are familiar with the local conditions. Tropical Seas is one of them, in the form of Amir, Alexander and Manuel Schmidt, partners in Tropical Seas, who grew up in the Maldives and have excellent knowledge of the country and connections in this destination. Local knowledge is more in demand than ever, because the choice on offer has become almost unmanageable. 150 resorts, 1500 guesthouses and 100 safari boats. Which safari tour is good, which is better and which is best at what time of year? Diving and adventure holidays are of course not limited to the Maldives. Cheap hotels in Egypt (Amir has an insider tip), the hammerhead sharks of Galapagos or the mini zoo of Indonesia - Tropical Seas has it all.
Socotra - newly discovered
And a real rarity: Socotra, an island off the coast of Yemen. Yemen? The first question that comes to mind is safety: This is fully guaranteed, as the island has nothing to do with the problems in the northern part of the country and is in practice connected to the Emirates. Flights to the island depart from Abu Dhabi. Socotra is exceptional. Barely developed and endowed with endemic flora and fauna above and below the water. The famous dragon's blood trees can only be found here. The island is travelled by four-wheel drive land cruisers and tents, with two to three days set aside for diving. The waters are characterised by an abundance of fish. A real pioneering event, pure adventure!
