When the conditions are good, the northern reef makes for a very good dive, day and night. Plenty of kelp and marine life. I´ve had my best luck when theres a small swell that´s coming mostly from the north (swell watch)... In those conditions Refugio is fairly sheltered. There´s hot showers, camping, fire pits, and grills.
