Exceptional Dive Center!
I have had the luck to find at Troisdorf Fun Divers the possibility to do my Open Water Diver #1 in English!
Because of that, and the fact that Mike communicates really well (he was the only one who had answered my email to all dive schools of the area, and quickly so, even), I went for it, and I can only recommend it to anybody, in whichever language you wish to do it.
Not only is the atmosphere relaxed and fun, but one actually learns A LOT. Mike teaches with passion, it is clear that he is willing to share everything he knows for us to enjoy diving, just as he does. None of my questions remained unanswered.
All courses and material, including presentations, manual, videos and lectures were provided in high-quality English for me - and even some in French
.
On the practical side, I felt safe at every dive: all equipment was provided and suited me well, everything was perfectly covid-19 disinfected (no worries on that side either!). Mike, Bow and the team are all attentive, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fun. The more we dived for the OWD, the more I looked forward to the next dive. They create a community around them and the activity: we eat together after dives, they organize many events (all to be found on their super timely updated facebook page too) - weekends, evening dives, underwater games, diving trips to Asia, etc. They made me realize that I don't need to wait for my own next holiday to dive and have fun (in particular with them!).
So: if you're looking for a new fun and mind-blowing activity, surrounded by very nice people and a new community of potential new friends, definitely consider trying diving with Mike & Bow at Troisdorf Fun Divers!
