In March I visited Grenada and had only marginally thought about diving when planning my vacation. However, then I happened to come across Scuba Tech at the beach of L´Anse aux Epines. Sabine, Jochen, Carsten and their team welcomed me so warmly that I changed all plans and spent the rest of my vacation at the dive center.
With no diving experience what so ever, I started with a snorkel trip and couldn´t resist the temptation to explore the deeper waters. In Carsten I found a very patient and fun teacher who made me feel safe during every dive. Sao maneuvered the Inspriation through the waters and made certain that we had nice trips to the great diving sites, complete with little ´sightseeing tours´ to shorten the breaks between the dives.
At Scuba Tech high spirit and laughs are guaranteed. Every member of the team is always very friendly, helpful and in a good mood and ready to chat and laugh. You should also not miss the various trips Scuba Tech offers. All trips are superbly organized and a lot of fun (tip: don´t miss the trip to the Friday Fish Fry at Gouyave).
I had a great diving experience with the team from Scuba Tech and can only advise anyone who is headed to Grenada for a diving vacation to stop by Scuba Tech on L´Anse aux Epines beach. (And even if you are not planning to go diving, just go by and let them inspire you - there will be no regrets!)
