After having done many safari tours over severaly years I decided to visit a diving base on land once again. I was positively surprised. I got a warm and sincere welcome. The base itself was very nice. The equipment room provide a large clean water basins for brinsing the diving suits.
The day tours on the boat were well-structured and the crew was very helpfull. With joy realized that even wheelchair users are good hands. With Andy Titze on board the atmospere was very relaxed and calm. I noticed that when Andy was not on board, the crew was less helpfull.
On my last days. I had the pleasure to see Andy Titze as Instructor of an OWD Course. It’s amazing form e to see that a longtime diving istructor still has so much passion in a diving course and teach his students on his special way, that they understand everything very easy. Compliment to him, unfortunately this is very common any more in our profession.
I would like to thank Tom Happel one oft the owners of the base and his staff. A very special thanks goes to my Buddy, the wheelchair user, Micha.
