Since 2005 I dive every holiday in Porto Petro, together with my son. So therefore our summer holiday this year. This time we want to see something else underwater in Majorca. So we decided to go to Albatros Diving in Cala Bona. After a telephone reservation, we were invited to just before 9: 00 am to be present in order for us to sign up for a double dive with the boat. On the agreed day were we present well before 9 a.m. The staff of the diving school asked us to wait for the owner. Only with him one could log on to. In the meantime, we have our dive stuff picked up at our car, which was parked 100 meters away, because at the diving school were no parking places. At 9.15 a.m. the owner arrived , without saying any word and begins to help people who have arrived much later. Amazement we were to look, how it is to take up that was called ´next´ and our turn.
Sign up, pay and very quickly your stuff in order and in tempo to the boat, which is on point of departure. Now I know why I immediately all those years in Porto Petro dive. Arrived at the dive site was given a quick briefing and hop water in, behind a guide taking all the time in the underwater life in his hands. Back on the boat a very small cup of coffee and on to the next dive site. This dive was a repetition of the first and we could not dive longer than 50 minutes. And this at a maximum depth of 8 meters. Quickly back on the boat and back to the harbor. Back at the diving school we had to quickly changing, because they went close for lunch. Time to fill in your logbook, was also not possible. Get out, because we are closed!!!!!! This dive school is a dive factory, where money plays the leading role and the guests are treated like cattle. Once, but never more!!!!!!!
