Sorry for writing in English, but my German is very bad. I hope my husband (he´s German) will find the time to write some comments here, as well.
We were in Cozumel, Mexico from 25.12.2007 - 10.01.2008 at Iberostar hotel. The hotel has it´s own dive basis, but we decided to go diving with Volker Pohl (www.aquamarinas.com) as he was recommended by our dive friends. And we were very happy we did so. Volker offers THE BEST SERVICE one can get!!! He takes care of everything! He was picking us up at Iberostar pier and all we had to do was hopping on the boat with our dive computers, having the dives and hopping out of the boat at the end of the dive trip. Everything else was taken care of! Volker was taking our dive equipments at his dive base and wash them. And the crue on the boats that Volker uses is simply great! They all take so much care of you, you just feel great. And Volker is so funny and nice and he spoils you so much, that if you have a day break in between the dives, you just miss him. I don´t have experience with diving (in Cozumel I had my first dives, after finishing my education in Germany), but my husband (who´s been diving a lot all around the world) told me that what we had with Volker is the best service a diver can get. And Volker goes for as long as you have air; he even shares his air with you if you run out of it and want to dive more. So, my suggestion is, if you go to Cozumel, go diving with Volker! You´ll just love it!
