Lofotdykk, Kabelvåg, Lofoten

I just returned from a very impressive orca safari organized by Lofotdykk. We went out on a with a very beautifully restored wooden fishing boat. Dive trips and the actual contact with the orca´s were made with a 300HP sturdy RIB.
All my wishes were fulfilled: two afternoons of snorkelling with orca´s, spectacular nature, wreck and night diving, beautiful above water scenery topped of with northern lights at night.
Magne Goffeng has an enthusiastic, flexible way of organizing things and his wife Mariann threw in some excellent cooking on top of the package deal!

Magne Goffeng betreibt in Kabelvåg auf den Lofoten ein Tauchcenter, das ich hier beshreiben möchte. Das Center liegt direkt am Wasser mit eigenem Steg, auf dem hervorragend gegrillt werden kann (wenn´s nicht gerade regnet. Als Tauchboot hat Magne ein 300 PS starkes RIB, auf dem bis zu 14 Taucher ihre Asurüstung unterbringen können. Mit 14 Tauchern wird es etwas eng, aber wir hatten keinerlei Probleme, da alle aufeinander Rücksicht genommen haben.
