Do yourself a favor and look no further. The reviews are correct. Iris and Mark are absolutely fantastic! My boys had a great time, and my overly anxious and apprehensive wife was very calm and relaxed. Iris took the time to understand our experience levels before we started; she was patient and provided us with the guidance we needed. Before the trip, they discussed with us what we wanted to see and what sites we wanted to explore before deciding on dive sites. Iris took pictures and videos during our dives and sent them to us afterwards, what a fabulous bonus!
We stayed at a resort in Punta Cana, but took a taxi to Bayahibe to dive. We wanted to dive on the Caribbean side, rather than the Atlantic side. Me, my wife and two teenage boys had not dived in 2-years and wanted a shop that fit the following criteria:
• Personalized instructors
• Padi certified
• Not excessively large
• Quality boats and equipment
• Full-length wetsuits
• Excellent reviews
• Website that provide me the info I needed
• Responsive to emails / phone calls
