Castle Rock is truly one of the highlights of the Komodo National Park. This dive site is a submerged pinnacle and often not suitable for beginners. There is almost always some current, which at times can be strong. With a negative entry we decent straight to the deepest part of the slope, about 30 meters. Depending on the currents we can use our reef hook once we find a suitable position. Then, we let the show pass by. You're likely to see sharcs, trevallies, snappers and maybe some turtles. Let yourself go to shallower waters and as you prepare for your safety stop, spend some time behind the rock to find some macro.
