Divecenter Bali Bubbles is full-service divecenter. The owner is Dutch. His name is Jos. They have full qualification to train the most dive-organisations. The divecenter is on the mainroad in Candi Dasa and close by the most populair dive-spots in Bali.
This was one of the main reasons that I choose to go there. Also the quick reponse on my e-mail and the good service. They arranged everything (diving and hotel) for us.
